The name bitknowledge brings together two ideas: the binary foundations of computing and the creation of knowledge. Computers have transformed our ability to process information, communicate ideas and solve problems. The emergence of increasingly capable artificial intelligence is extending this relationship further, opening new possibilities for discovery, understanding and the creation of new knowledge. Bitknowledge exists to contribute to this progress through practical engineering, the implementation of emerging technologies and the sharing of knowledge.
Experimentation, creative problem solving and the exchange of ideas across disciplines are also important to me. Alongside my work at bitknowledge, I therefore chair AI Club, an interdisciplinary AI community bringing together people from different fields to explore artificial intelligence, its implications and its potential for useful work and new understanding.
